We truly want each of you to have your BEST experience in here and the best way to begin is by knowing and understanding our guidelines:
Please respect confidentiality and privacy. Not everyone is open to sharing, especially if they feel it may be shared elsewhere. So, let’s go by Vegas rules...what happens in 101 class, stays in 101 class.
When you comment, please be mindful of what’s being shared and respond with empathy.
Do not try to solve, rescue, help, or offer possible solutions. Most of us are “healer types” and our first reflex is to try and help when really all the other person needs is to know that someone heard and that they were witnessed, so instead of saying, “Here’s what you should
do....” Try something like, “This is really powerful. Thank you for sharing with us.”
Please do not add anyone to your mailing list, social media groups, challenges, etc. without
their permission.
Please do not send friend requests or private messages to anyone on Colette’s team. That
includes the admins on this page. We are not permitted to accept friend requests from students nor communicate through private message.
This is a pitch-free zone. Here’s what that means...you are encouraged to ask for feedback,
share your experience, and participate. However, self-promoting, pitching your services or the services/products of others is not allowed and any direct/indirect pitches will
be removed.
We reserve the right to remove any and all posts that are:
- Incendiary, confrontational, bullying
- Racist, bigoted or hate speech
- Off-topic - posts in the classroom should be relevant to course material
- Oracle cards from other authors
- Memes, videos, GIFs, links to any website (no matter how relevant you feel it
may be to the conversation).
- Personal photos. (Only pictures of your oracle cards, please)
By being a member of this group, you agree to abide by the guidelines listed above. Failure
to comply will result in being removed from the group.
If something isn’t working, let’s talk about it. Just reach out to Jill Buffington at
[email protected]. We can’t fix it if we don’t know about it and we want this
to be a great experience for you.
